Targeted Mobility Scheme – TMS

The EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme or TMS helps EU citizens find work in another EU Member State, Norway or Iceland. At the same time it helps employers find motivated and qualified personnel.

The aim of the project is to support sustainable employment and mobility in the EU through high-quality employment under reliable working conditions.

Project objectives and activities

Under the EURES scheme, eligible jobseekers or employers can also apply for financial support.

In order to boost their chances of finding employment abroad, candidates can apply for the following allowances:

  • language course allowance,
  • recognition of qualifications allowance,
  • interview allowance,
  • relocation allowance,
  • family relocation allowance,

Employers can apply for financial support for the integration of candidates from EU Member States, Iceland or Norway into the new working environment.
