Strengthening the network of offices for employers

The key objective of the project is to strengthen the network of offices for employers by providing employer support services, by strengthening cooperation with employers, especially at the regional level, and by conducting promotional activities on the digital content of the Employment Service of Slovenia and on green and socially responsible recruitment.

The project will introduce new advisory services for employers, which will utilise the potential of digitisation, promote inclusiveness and diversity in the workplace, social responsibility and sustainability in employment, as well as networking with employers' associations at the national and regional levels.

The strengthening of the network of the Employment Service of Slovenia’s offices for employers, which provide employers with one-stop-shop services, will support the employers' needs in finding the right people for the job. Systematic solutions will be put in place to enhance cooperation with employers and alleviate labour shortages.

The main objectives of the project are:

trained staff for the operation,
exploring new ways to better match labour market supply and demand,
developing, upgrading and implementing innovative employer support services that will contribute to reducing labour shortages and provide more sustainable employment,
supporting employers for digital, green and socially responsible transformation,
strengthening partnerships with employers at the national and especially regional levels.

employees of the beneficiary,
indirectly, jobseekers and other stakeholders in the labour market.

Activities

Project staff will be trained to deliver the new services at the regional level.
We will upgrade, develop and implement employer support services to reduce labour shortages and secure more sustainable employment.
We will build and strengthen cooperation with employers at the regional level by organising expert panels and awarding the Employment Service of Slovenia’s good employer recognition to promote good employers, good employment practices on the labour market and greening the economy.
We will develop content and tools to support employers in using the new digital tools of the Employment Service of Slovenia and for digital business with the Employment Service, to enable socially responsible recruitment and job greening.

Partnership

The beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and the project partner is the Employment Service of Slovenia.
