Euroguidance Slovenia: NRCVG

Participation in the European network of national resource centres for vocational guidance (NRCVG), involving the exchange of information, best practices, work methods, and approaches in the field of lifelong career guidance.
 

Project purpose

To provide citizens of Slovenia with information about training and education opportunities in other European countries. The European Commission considers the project as a mechanism to facilitate the flow of students, teachers, and young workers among European countries.

The Euroguidance network, connecting national resource centres for vocational guidance from European countries, is included in the Erasmus+ program.

The Slovenian Ministry of Education, Science, and Sport has appointed the Employment Service to perform tasks in this area for the 2014–2020 period, within which Euroguidance Slovenia operates as the National Resource Centre for Vocational Guidance.

 

Project objecitve

To provide users with quality information in the field of lifelong career guidance in both Slovenia and the EU.

 

Expected Results

Enhanced awareness among career counselors regarding tools, work methods, best practices, and calls for project proposals offered by Slovenia and other EU member states.

 

Project Duration

From January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2020.

 

Project Funding

The project is co-financed by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs, and Inclusion.
