- - 70 % during the first three months
- - 60 % in the remaining months
- the lowest is set at 100 % of
the guaranteed wage

- Duration of the right to unemplyoment benefit:
- - three months for those with one to five years’ of insurance
- - six months for those with five to 15 years’ of insurance
- - nine months for those with 15 to 25 years’ of insurance
- - 12 months for those with over 25 years’ of insurance
- - 18 months for people over 50 with over 25 years’ of
- insurance
- - 24 months for people over 55 with over 25 years’ of
- insurance

- Pre-condition for being entitled to unemployment assistance is that
family income per member of family does not exceed a certain level set
