Register of Unemployed People
  • The data kept in the register of unemployed people is the basic tool for providing assistance in jobseeking.
  • The data includes:

    • Data of registration and of removal from the register

    • Reporting to the ESS, referral, fulfillment of other obligations
    • Rights stemming from unemployment insurance

    • To prepare, complement, and monitor an individual employment plan created according to the abilities, skills, personal characteristics, and the needs and interests of the unemployed person, as well as labour market characteristics and success in placement

Notification of job vacancies
  • employers are required to notify ESS of all their job vacancies (exception: Article 24 of the Employment Relationship Act)
  • Notification can be done by completing a job vacancy notification form or through the e-service
  • “Notification of a job vacancy” contains the following data:
    • job vacancy (job title and description of typical tasks and responsibilities)
    • required education and occupational qualifications
    • special requirements as regards work experience and additional knowledge and skills
    • type and duration of employment
    • wage and other benefits
    • type of co-operation with the ESS in selecting candidates
