- employers are required to notify ESS of all their job vacancies (exception:
Article 24 of the Employment Relationship Act)
- Notification can be done by completing a job vacancy notification form
or through the e-service
- “Notification of a job vacancy” contains the following data:
- job vacancy (job title and description of typical tasks and
responsibilities)
- required education and occupational qualifications
- special requirements as regards work experience and additional
knowledge and skills
- type and duration of employment
- wage and other benefits
- type of co-operation with the ESS in selecting candidates
